Welcome to Human Design Academy ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website (humandesign.co.in), mobile application, courses, and related services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age to use our services. By enrolling in any program at Human Design Academy, you confirm that the information you provide during registration and admission is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to deny or revoke admission if any information is found to be false or misleading.
2. Account Registration
To access certain features of our platform, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
3. Course Enrollment & Admission
3.1 Admission Process Admission to Human Design Academy cohorts is subject to availability and our selection criteria. Submitting an application does not guarantee enrollment. We reserve the right to accept or reject applications at our discretion.
3.2 Cohort Schedule Course schedules, timings (currently Monday–Wednesday, 4 PM – 6 PM), and content are subject to change based on batch size, student type, and faculty availability. We will make reasonable efforts to inform you of any changes in advance.
3.3 Online & Offline Participation Students may attend sessions online via Gather Town or offline at our Surat campus. The course content remains the same for both modes. Access to the offline studio is available only for students in Surat or those who choose to relocate.
4. Fees & Payment
4.1 Fee StructureCourse fees are as outlined during the admission process. Fees are payable in installments as communicated at the time of registration. The admission fee of ₹1,000 is non-refundable.4.2 Additional CostsStudents are responsible for purchasing their own software subscriptions (e.g., Adobe Suite, AI tools), gym memberships, domain registrations, and any other third-party services required during the course. Human Design Academy does not cover these costs.4.3 ScholarshipsGroup scholarship discounts (15% for 2 students, 20% for 3 students, 30% for 5+ students) are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Our ContentAll course materials, curriculum, branding, website content, app content, logos, and other intellectual property provided by Human Design Academy are owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.5.2 Your WorkAny projects, brands, companies, or creative work you develop during the course remain your intellectual property. However, we reserve the right to showcase anonymised or credited student work for promotional purposes, portfolio displays, and testimonials unless you opt out in writing.
6. Student Conduct
By enrolling, you agree to:
• Attend sessions regularly and participate actively in course activities
• Treat fellow students, faculty, and guest lecturers with respect
• Not share, resell, or distribute course materials, recordings, or proprietary content with anyone outside the program
• Not engage in plagiarism, cheating, or any form of academic dishonesty
• Follow studio and campus rules when attending offline sessions
• Not use the platform or course materials for any unlawful purpose
Violation of these rules may result in warnings, suspension, or removal from the program without a refund.
7. Refund & Cancellation Policy
The admission fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. Refund requests for installment payments must be submitted in writing to humandesign.dhamma@gmail.com. Refunds, if approved, will be processed at our sole discretion and may be subject to deductions. No refunds will be issued after the first week of the cohort. If Human Design Academy cancels a cohort before it begins, enrolled students will receive a full refund of all fees paid.
8. Third-Party Services & Tools
Our courses involve the use of third-party tools and platforms (e.g., Figma, Framer, Adobe Suite, ChatGPT, Claude, Gather Town, Midjourney, Runway ML, etc.). We are not responsible for the availability, pricing, terms, or policies of these third-party services. Your use of these tools is governed by their respective terms and conditions.
9. Guest Faculty & External Sessions
Guest faculty sessions (e.g., gym trainers, fashion stylists, comedians, growth strategists, mental health professionals) are subject to the availability of the respective guest. In case of unavailability, the lecture content will be delivered by our core faculty. The guest faculty lineup may change between cohorts.
10. Vipasana & Wellness Components
The program includes recommendations for gym membership, personal styling, and a 10-day Vipasana meditation retreat. Participation in these components is strongly encouraged but ultimately voluntary. Any costs associated with Vipasana registration, travel, gym membership, or personal styling are borne by the student. Human Design Academy is not liable for any injury, loss, or discomfort arising from participation in physical fitness or wellness activities.
11. Limitation of Liability
Human Design Academy provides educational services and mentorship. We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as employment, income, investment, business success, or any particular career results. The skills, tools, and frameworks taught are for educational purposes. Your success depends on your effort, application, and external factors beyond our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Human Design Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
12. Disclaimers
Our website, app, and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content or course materials. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
13. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and within the app. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.
